Chipotle Coleslaw Sauce
Ingredients
90mls mayo
90mls soured cream
1 tsp and 1/8 tsp chipotle seasoning
22.5 mls lemon juice ( try 15 mls)
1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Method
Enough for 2-3 portions of coleslaw
Prepare vegetables you want in the coleslaw
Combine all ingredients then mix in the prepared coleslaw vegetales.
