Sheek Kebab

Ingredients

1kg lamb (or beef) minced

2 tsp salt
2 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tsp cumin powder
1.5 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp fenugreek powder

4 tsp ginger paste
4 tsp garlic paste
ΒΌ cup mint, finely chopped

2 eggs
2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 green chilli (very finely diced)

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together well.

2. Make into sausage shaped kebabs, about one inch thick (roughly 100g each).

3. BBQ, fry or oven bake until just cooked through.
