Soft cheese garlic dip
Ingredients
200 g soft cheese
50 g double cream
1 garlic clove crushed or minced
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
+ some herbs to your likings
Method
Whisk all ingredients with a whisk by hand on a electric one.
