Ingredients
2kg apples (2/3 sweet and 1/3 sour) 500g sugar 1 tblsp cinnamon
Method
Chop up apples into fine sticks (1/2 long by 1/4 inch thick) and leave them in the sugar overnight Add cinnamon and bring to the boil Boil gently for 20-25 mins Put into jars and allow to cool then close jars Keep refrigerated
