Pickiling Liquor
Ingredients
200ml cider or white wine vinegar
200ml water
10g salt
40g white sugar
1 tbspn black pepper corns
1 tbspn mustard seeds
Method
Put all ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil
Pack jar to the top with fine slices of what is being pickled
Add the hot pickling liquor
Screw on jar lid
Allow to stand and cool
Place in fridge
Store in fridge
