Pizza Dough (basic)

Ingredients

117 ml cool water
1 tsp sugar
7 gr dry instant yeast
1 tbsp olive oil

180 gr flour
1 tsp salt

Method

1. Mix water, sugar and yeast ans add oil.

2. Mix flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

3. I use a mixer with a dough hook. Turn the mixer onto speed 2, add liquid mix, slowly until everything mixes well. Knead for 10 minutes.

4. Take the dough out and shape into a ball. Put into a floured dish to prove for about 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size.

You ca use it right away to stretch a pizza base or refrigerate for a few days and use when see fit.
