Singapore StirFry Noodles
Ingredients
Meat ...
1-1.5 chicken breasts
Meat marinade ...
1tsp light soy sauce
1tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
+ 1tsp corn starch
Seasoning ... mixed all in one dish
3tsp sugar
1.5tsp white pepper
2tsp curry powder
3tsp chicken powder
Veggies and stuff ...
2 eggs
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 red chilli
4 garlic cloves
3 spring onions
Handful bean sprouts and of peas
1 pack singapore style noodles or plain
Method
Cut chicken into slices ~ 1/4" (6mm) thick.
Put in bowl with marinade liquids, add corn starch, use a hand to mix everything well. This should be done 1-2 hours before cooking.
Stir fry then remove chicken, repeat with eggs and red pepper.
Stir fry chilli and garlic for a ver6 short time then add back other cooked ingredients.
Spread noodles on top then sprinkle dry seasoning over.
Mix everything together.
Add peas and spring onions, fry for a minute, add beansprouts fry for another minute or so then serve.
